ABOUT

I've been a Belgian abroad for most of my life: born in Belgium, I grew up in Norway, the US, England and Scotland before returning to my hometown to study economics at the University of Leuven. After researching prediction markets (see my master's thesis on how, and how well, prediction markets work: here), I moved to London to join an early-stage startup called Smarkets, building a betting exchange platform. Afterwords, I worked for Seedcamp, Europe's leading micro-seed investment and mentoring program at Campus London. These days, I am helping entrepreneurs with Kima Ventures, one of the world's most active early-stage investors, investing in 2 to 3 startups per week all over the world; providing founders with funding, network and support for them to reach the next steps of their journey.

You can find me elsewhere online on: AngelList, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram or send me an email.

If you're in London and want to talk about startups, technology, raising funding or anything else, feel free to send me an email or (to save trying to schedule a time) you're welcome to choose a time on Ohours.
